Star City barely beat McGehee the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Bulldogs were the clear victors by a 17-7 margin over the Owls on Monday. That looming 17-7 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Bulldogs yet this season.

Star City's win ended a nine-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 4-11. As for McGehee, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Star City will face off against Crossett at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Bulldogs' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for McGehee, they will challenge DeWitt at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
