Grace Academy's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Richmond McIver, who scored 10 points along with 9 rebounds. McIver is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down eight or more in the last seven games he's played. Evan Hoyt was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
Hill Country Christian School of Austin has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2 record this season. As for Grace Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.
