Friday's matchup might be decided on the ground as these two are both standouts in the run game. Chanute has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 216 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Tonganoxie struggles in that department as they've been even better at 230.2 per game. It's looking like Friday's matchup might have some serious battles in the trenches.
Chanute lost to Tonganoxie on the road by a decisive 38-21 margin in their previous meeting back in September. Can Chanute avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
