Limestone extended their winning streak to 25 games thanks to a huge performance from Khloe Stear. The Rockets came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Washington Panthers with plenty of help from Stear, who had 32 digs and five assists. She has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last five times she's played.

Limestone had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 17-25, 29-27, 25-17.

Limestone's victory bumped their record up to 25-0. As for Washington, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 15-12.

Limestone and Washington should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings. The Rockets will take on Dunlap at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank advantage (6 vs. 60). Meanwhile, Washington (ranked 74th) will meet Pekin (ranked 289th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
