St. Margaret had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Trabuco Hills on Thursday. Everything went the St. Margaret's Tartans' way against the Trabuco Hills Mustangs as the St. Margaret's Tartans made off with a 3-0 victory. The Tartans haven't had any issues with the Mustangs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

St. Margaret's got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. The final score came out to 25-17, 30-28, 25-22.

The victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 7-4. As for Trabuco Hills, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 12-9.

Coming up, St. Margaret's will host Laguna Beach at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Trabuco Hills, they will be playing at home against San Clemente at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be San Clemente's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
