Mary Persons extended the longest winning streak in AAAA Region 2 this week by beating Perry, 21-6. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
Veterans scaled the state rankings by moving to 136 from 224 this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Warhawks climbed the ranks as a result of defeating Westside 21-14.
