Dayville/Monument scored a stunning upset when it knocked off Prairie City, 60-36. At the time, the Panthers was ranked 22nd in the state, while the Tigers was 31st.
Jordan Valley extended the longest winning streak in 1A Special District 6 (8 Man) this week by beating Harper/Huntington, 66-28. The win marks fifth in a row for the the Mustangs.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Prairie City and Adrian. Scott Hoberg's team enters the game ranked 22nd in the state, while the Antelopes ranks 10th.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Jordan Valley takes on Burnt River. The Mustangs have allowed 42 points this season, while the Bulls have given up zero.
Dayville/Monument was the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from sixth to second in the league. The Tigers vanquished the Panthers 60-36 earlier in the week.
