The Hulett Devils waltzed into their match on Tuesday with two straight wins but they left with three. They blew past Edgemont 67-44. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Hulett also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2023.
Keaton Darrow and Sebastian Morse certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Darrow scored 15 points along with six rebounds and three steals, while Morse scored ten points along with eight rebounds and four steals. Darrow is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played. Chase Alexander was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Hulett has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-6 record this season. As for Edgemont, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-14.
Hulett will be playing in front of their home fans against Arvada-Clearmont at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Arvada-Clearmont is coming into the match with four straight losses on the road, meaning Hulett will have to defend against a squad hungry for a win. As for Edgemont, they will face off against Oelrichs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
