St. Michael the Archangel has been on the road for eight straight, but on Wednesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Metro Academy Mavericks at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, the two teams will really light up the scoreboard.
On Monday, St. Michael the Archangel didn't have too much trouble with the Warriors on the road as they won 67-52.
Meanwhile, Metro Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their match against the Lions on Friday, but they still walked away with a 70-64 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Metro Academy.
St. Michael the Archangel's victory bumped their record up to 12-8. As for Metro Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-11 record this season.
Everything came up roses for St. Michael the Archangel against the Mavericks in their previous matchup back in December of 2023 as the squad secured a 71-42 win.
