After losing to Pacheco the last time they met, Johansen decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Everything went the Johansen Vikings' way against the Pacheco Panthers on Friday as the Johansen Vikings made off with a 72-51 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Vikings.

Wilbert Gaxiola continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, putting up 17 points. Another player making a difference was Kenneth Walker, who posted 11 points.

Johansen has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.8 points per game. As for Pacheco, they dropped their record down to 4-6 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Johansen will head out to face off against Lathrop at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Lathrop will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Johansen surely won't give up without a fight. As for Pacheco, they will head out on the road to take on Ceres at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
