It was a proper cat-fight when Onalaska challenged Houston Math Science & Tech on Friday. The Onalaska Wildcats blew past the Houston Math Science & Tech Tigers, posting an 88-40 win. The Wildcats have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matches by 26 points or more this season.

Onalaska's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Patrick Roth, who went 5 for 8 on his way to 12 points in addition to seven rebounds and five steals. That's the most boards Roth has posted since back in November of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Devon Vienneau, who went 6 of 12 on his way to 17 points.

Despite the loss, Houston Math Science & Tech still got an impressive performance from Trevan Williams, who posted 14 points. Jeremy Dickson was another key player, putting up nine points.

The win was the seventh in a row for Onalaska, bringing their record for this year to 16-4. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.4 points. As for Houston Math Science & Tech, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-10.

Onalaska wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 78-75 victory against Sam Rayburn on the 27th. As for Houston Math Science & Tech, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 49-48 defeat against Austin on the 27th.
