Algoma made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Valders, but still couldn't quite topple them. The Algoma Wolves blew past the Valders Vikings 69-49 on Monday. The Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Algoma's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-4. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.8 points per game. As for Valders, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-9 record this season.

Algoma will square off against Oconto at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Valders has already played their next contest, a 61-30 loss against Brillion on the 28th.
