The biggest upset of the week belonged to Waverly, who took down 235th ranked Dryden, 35-14.
The Wolverines scaled the state rankings by moving to 219 from 262 this week, the biggest jump in Section 4 C Division IV. Waverly climbed the ranks as a result of topping the Lions 35-14.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, Jason Miller's team's Peyton Miller and Dylan Perry have proven to be a lethal combination. 5-9 quarterback Miller has thrown for 958 yards this season, while Perry has 28 catches for 536 yards. Alan Davis from Dryden leads the league in rushing with 536 yards.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Waverly takes on second place Lansing.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when the Wolverines take on Lansing. Waverly has allowed 119 points this season, while the Bobcats have given up 138. The Wolverines allowed 14 points last week as they beat Dan Fink's team.
Waverly took down the Lions 35-14 last week, the largest margin of any game.
