The Kent County Trojans lost against the Colonel Richardson Colonels back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. Kent County fell 49-38 to Colonel Richardson. Kent County has struggled against Colonel Richardson recently, as their matchup on Monday was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
Several Trojans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Zoe Angenieux, who scored 21 points. Talicia Wright was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Kent County has not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-13 record this season. As for Colonel Richardson, their win bumped their record up to 10-7.
Kent County's road trip will continue as they head out to face North East at 4:00 p.m. on February 7th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Maryland (North East is ranked 199th, while Kent County is ranked 211th). As for Colonel Richardson, they will face off against Easton at TBD on Tuesday.
