The Lewisville Lions can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent game on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 60-28 win over Great Falls at home. The win was nothing new for Lewisville as they're now sitting on six straight.
Lewisville found their leader in underclassman Aiyana Murrell, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 15 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Murrell has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Trista Kennedy, who scored 11 points along with two steals.
Lewisville has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season. As for Great Falls, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-17.
Lewisville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Great Falls, they will head out on the road to face off against C.A. Johnson at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
