The Lewis J. Bennett Tigers lost against the Health Sciences Charter Falcons back in February of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Lewis J. Bennett was beaten by Health Sciences Charter 86-27. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Lewis J. Bennett has scored all season.
Amir Moye had a dynamite game for Health Sciences Charter, dropping a double-double on 20 points and ten assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Montrice Webster, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds.
Lewis J. Bennett's defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 2-3. As for Health Sciences Charter, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lewis J. Bennett is on the road again on Thursday and play against East at 6:00 p.m. on December 14th. East is coming into the matchup on a three-game losing streak. As for Health Sciences Charter, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up seven on Friday.
