After losing to Skipstone Academy the last time they met, Community Christian decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Knights put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp 34-14 victory on Friday.

Community Christian's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Fredrico Jones, who rushed for 89 yards and one TD, and also threw for 46 yards and one touchdown. Jones showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 59 yards. Isaiah Lee was in the mix too, providing Community Christian with two scores.

Community Christian's record is now 2-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Community Christian will venture away from home to face off against Lafayette Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. This will be the Knights' first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for Skipstone Academy, they will square off against Flint River Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
