Trimble Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 24th straight loss. They came up short against the South Hills Scorpions, falling 74-48. One positive for the Bulldogs, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Ra?Monce Spriggins had a dynamite game for South Hills, dropping a double-double on 30 points and 18 rebounds. That makes it seven consecutive games in which Spriggins has scored at least a third of South Hills' points. Another player making a difference was Jordan Granviel, who posted ten points and four steals.

Trimble Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 0-24. As for South Hills, their win bumped their record up to 6-19.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Arlington Heights the next time they take the court. South Hills will head out to face Arlington Heights at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Trimble Tech will host them at 7:30 p.m. on January 31st.
