The Pleasant Ridge Rams can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent game on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 52-26 margin over Horton. Winning may never get old, but Pleasant Ridge sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Pleasant Ridge to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ava Potter, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds and four blocks. It was the first time this season that Potter posted two or more blocks. Maddie Heim was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five assists and five rebounds.
Pleasant Ridge has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. As for Horton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11-1.
Pleasant Ridge will be playing at home against Atchison-Maur Hill-Mount Academy on Tuesday. As for Horton, they will head out on the road to face off against Jackson Heights at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
