The numbers might not have changed much, but the postseason is here and brought about plenty of gameday action in the power rankings this week. That and more in this week's report.
No Stoppin 'Em
Century not only got the result it was looking for last game, but the team outscored its opponent Fargo South in every quarter. Century had all the answers against Fargo South, winning 45 - 13. Century did have the odds in its favor, but the team did even better than the MaxPreps state rankings indicated. At 58 total points, this was the highest scoring power ranking game of the week.
Movin on Up
Fargo Davies claimed most-improved honors this week by climbing the power ranking ladder five rungs after its game against Mandan. Fargo Davies picked up a decisive 'W' against Mandan, finishing up at 42 - 6. 42 is shaping up to be Fargo Davies's lucky number as the team posted the same point total in its win over West Fargo the game before.
