There's no place like home for the Ulysses Tigers, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against Stanton County by a score of 54-45 on Tuesday. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Ulysses has managed all season.
Several Trojans players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was David Crane, who scored 13 points along with nine rebounds. The game was Crane's fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Juan Aleman, who scored 16 points along with eight rebounds.
Ulysses' victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Stanton County, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-1.
