It was a good run, but the S & S Consolidated Rams unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell to Paradise 50-44. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for S & S Consolidated in their matchups with Paradise: they've now lost four in a row.
Paradise can attribute much of their success to Brooklyn Force, who scored 16 points. Those 16 points set a new season-high mark for her. Another player making a difference was Rylee Nichols, who scored seven points along with six rebounds.
S & S Consolidated's defeat dropped their record down to 10-9. As for Paradise, their win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 15-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. S & S Consolidated will finish 2023 at home by hosting Saint Jo at 11:00 a.m. on December 29th. Paradise will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Callisburg at 12:15 p.m. on January 2, 2024.
