After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Clarksville Christian, South Haven Christian were happy to have found some success on Saturday. They managed a 54-50 victory over Highland Rim Academy. That result was just more of the same for these two, as South Haven Christian also won the last time the pair played last Friday.
It was another big night for Aliya Gagliano, who dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds. Gagliano is crushing the block category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Josie Gillilan, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
South Haven Christian is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-12 record this season. As for Highland Rim Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.
South Haven Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Highland Rim Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
