Mason Hogue posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Wednesday. As a matter of fact, he turned in his biggest game of the season, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits (and only one walk). He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one walk in seven consecutive appearances.
