Meanwhile, Mansfield Christian scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Mapleton 87-49 at home. Mansfield Christian has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matchups by 30 points or more this season.
Mansfield Christian's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Amarr Davis, who scored 17 points along with eight assists and six steals, and Davion Mack, who dropped a double-double on 33 points and 11 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mack has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Dre Martin, who scored seven points along with eight rebounds and six steals.
Crestline dropped their record down to 2-12 with that defeat, which was their 11th straight on the road. As for Mansfield Christian, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-3.
Crestline was taken down by Mansfield Christian 78-45 in their previous meeting back in December of 2023.
