After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Fairbanks, Madison Plains was happy to have turned things around on Friday. Everything went their way against the Northeastern Jets as they made off with a 13-2 victory. Considering the Golden Eagles have won 12 contests by more than seven runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Madison Plains' win bumped their record up to 17-9. As for Northeastern, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season.

Madison Plains will take on Centerburg at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Northeastern does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
