The Rosamond Roadrunners can now show off six landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. They really took it to Mammoth for the full four quarters, racking up a 82-48 win at home. The victory was familiar territory for Rosamond who now have five in a row.
Rosamond was led to victory by Andrew Arredondo and Fabian Robles. Arredondo scored 20 points, while Robles scored 29 points. Arredondo is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last four games he's played. Cameron Gomez was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Rosamond is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season. As for Mammoth, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.
Rosamond will head out on the road to challenge California City at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. California City is on a three-game streak of home wins, Rosamond a three-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. Mammoth will take on Kern Valley at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Kern Valley is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak.
