Churchill never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They blew past the Dearborn Pioneers 8-0. The Chargers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 contests by six runs or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Churchill and bumps their season record up to 20-6-1. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games. As for Dearborn, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-13.

Looking ahead, Churchill will venture away from home to face off against Chelsea at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Dearborn, they will face off against Renaissance at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
