Davidson Day waltzed into their contest on Monday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They took down the Wesleyan Christian Academy Trojans 73-56. The Patriots have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Trojans, too.

When it comes to explaining why Wesleyan Christian Academy lost, don't look at Nick Keith. Despite the final result, he posted 18 points and five rebounds. Keith's evening made it five games in a row in which he has scored at least 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyson Thompson, who almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine boards.

Davidson Day's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Wesleyan Christian Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Davidson Day will venture away from home to square off against Concord Academy at 7:00 p.m. on December 2. As for Wesleyan Christian Academy, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against The Burlington School at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Trojans will be up against the Spartans' rather soft defense (which has allowed 57.33 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
