Havre de Grace suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Monday. They were dealt a 53-22 defeat at the hands of Fallston. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Havre de Grace has scored all season.
Meanwhile, Harford Tech's four-game losing streak came to an end on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 44-41 victory over C. Milton Wright. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory Harford Tech has posted yet this season.
Harford Tech got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jordan Strang out in front who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Strang has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Jessica Castro, who scored 12 points.
Havre de Grace has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-6 record this season. As for Harford Tech, their victory bumped their record up to 4-7.
Havre de Grace might still be hurting after the 59-33 defeat they got from Harford Tech when the teams last played back in December of 2021. Can Havre de Grace avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
