Eric Chatfield continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Pace Academy, going 7 for 8 from beyond the arc en route to 27 points and 4 assists. Another player making a difference was Chandler Bing, who scored 7 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 blocks.
Hampton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Pace Academy, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.
Hampton will be playing in front of their home fans against McDonough at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. McDonough will be coming into the contest with an undefeated record on the line. As for Pace Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Mt. Zion at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mt. Zion is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
