Montgomery owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Thursday. They came out on top against the Neumann Regional Academy Golden Knights by a score of 5-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 6-3 back in April.

The win made it two in a row for Montgomery and bumps their season record up to 11-4. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 1 runs in those games. As for Neumann Regional Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-5.

Montgomery wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 13-1 win against Muncy on the 10th. As for Neumann Regional Academy, they will square off against Benton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
