Tescott is on a five-game streak of home losses, Natoma a seven-game streak of away losses, but someone's luck is about to change. The Tescott Trojans will take on the Natoma Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Tescott comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 23 points in their last 11 games, a trend the team is of course eager to reverse.
Last Friday, Tescott took a serious blow against Thunder Ridge, falling 58-22.
Meanwhile, Natoma came up short against Pike Valley on Friday and fell 45-35. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Natoma in their matchups with Pike Valley: they've now lost three in a row.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Caylie Lyle, who scored 13 points along with seven rebounds. Lynae Paget was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with two steals.
Tescott's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10-1. As for Natoma, they have been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 11 matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.
Tescott came up short against Natoma in their previous meeting back in December of 2023, falling 28-19. Can Tescott avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
