Trenton Catholic Academy won the last time they faced the Pennsauken Indians, and things went their way on Monday too. Trenton Catholic Academy breezed by Pennsauken on the road to the tune of 82-39.
Trenton Catholic Academy can attribute much of their success to Mayah Alford, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten steals. The matchup was Alford's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Sondjane Dourdin, who scored 19 points.
Trenton Catholic Academy now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Pennsauken, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trenton Catholic Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Pemberton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Pennsauken will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Delran at 5:15 p.m. on January 4, 2024.
