Sanford suffered a letdown when it was bounced from the state Top 25 this week after defeating Sangre de Cristo. The Indians had been ranked 23rd, but fell to 30.
Sargent extended the longest winning streak in A-8 West - Mountain (8 Man) this week by beating Antonito, 61-0. This was the team's fourth consecutive win.

Dillon threw for 210 yards and four touchdowns and Dillon had 140 yards receiving. Austin Heersink helped Sargent's passing attack out by catching one ball for 65 yards.
Dylan Sporcich was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 16 carries, he ran for 166 yards as La Veta defeated Antonito. Blake Warren also contributed to the rushing game with 110 yards on the ground.
