  Chelsea Pemberton and  Briana Darling did most of the damage at the plate:  Pemberton  went 2-for-3 with one  home run, two  stolen bases,  and three  RBI, while  Darling  scored two  runs and  stole three bases while going 2-for-3. Those  three  RBI gave  Pemberton a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Kaila Balon, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 2-for-4.
The  victory  got Hackensack back to even at 1-1.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hackensack will challenge Ridgefield Park at 4:15  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Eastside, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Wayne Hills  at 4:15  p.m.  on Wednesday.
