Soccer Recap: Avon Comes Up Short

Avon lost against Le Roy back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Braves fell just short of the Oatkan Knights by a score of 1-0.

Avon's loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Avon will head out on the road to face off against Keshequa at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Le Roy, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Wellsville at 6:00 p.m. on October 14.
