Basketball Recap: Archbishop Carroll Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses at Home

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Archbishop Carroll ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged the Academy for Innovative Education Aviators out 20-18. The victory was some much needed relief for the Bulldogs as it spelled an end to their five-game losing streak.

Archbishop Carroll's win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 2-5. As for Academy for Innovative Education, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Archbishop Carroll will venture away from home to take on Somerset Academy South Homestead at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Academy for Innovative Education, they will host Somerset College Prepartory Academy South at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
