The Campo Verde Coyotes will be playing at home against the Centennial Coyotes at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Friday, Campo Verde kept a clean sheet against Mountain Pointe. They were the clear victor by a 6-0 margin over the Pride. The high-flying offensive effort was a huge turnaround for Campo Verde considering their one-goal performance the game before.
They hit Mountain Pointe with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Alonso Lozano Felix (2),
Yahir Flores (2),
Oscar Liogon Arenas, and
Bryson Jennings.
Meanwhile, two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Centennial walked away with it. They came out on top against the Stampede by a score of 3-1 on Friday.
Campo Verde has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season. As for Centennial, they pushed their record up to 9-6-1 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home.
