Flambeau put another one in the bag on Tuesday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Cornell Chiefs with a sharp 56-34 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Falcons also won the last time the pair played back in January.

Flambeau found their leader in sophomore Isaac Brown, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. Another player making a difference was Chanse Ludescher, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine boards.

Flambeau pushed their record up to 5-0 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Cornell, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Flambeau will host New Auburn at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. New Auburn knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Flambeau likes a good challenge. As for Cornell, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Winter at 7:15 p.m. Cornell is facing Winter at the right time seeing as Winter is stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
