Flowing Wells Gets a Boost from Simmons in 44-20 Win
Starting off the list is Flowing Wells's Jayden Simmons, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Simmons rushed for 100 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 65 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
Maricopa had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Simmons it was a similar story. When Simmons last faced the Rams back in November of 2023, he rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries.
