The Daniel Lions lost against the T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Daniel was the victim of a rough 73-51 defeat at the hands of T.L. Hanna. Daniel has struggled against T.L. Hanna recently, as their game on Tuesday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Despite the loss, Daniel still got an impressive performance from Hayden Anderson, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Tristyn Carrington, who scored 12 points.
Daniel's loss dropped their record down to 9-5. As for T.L. Hanna, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season.
Daniel will be playing at home against Walhalla at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Walhalla will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps South Carolina Rankings (they are ranked 259th, while Daniel is ranked 67th). As for T.L. Hanna, they will head out on the road to face off against James F. Byrnes at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
