Cathedral Prep waltzed into their contest  on Thursday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They came out on top against the Fort LeBoeuf Bison by a score of  3-1. That's more bragging rights for the Ramblers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
 Cathedral Prep was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-21, 22-25,  25-18.
 Colette Speros paced Cathedral Prep's offense, picking up 18 kills. Speros got some help from  Kamryn Resurreccion and her 35 assists.  Taylor Benacci controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.
Cathedral Prep's victory bumped their record up to 14-10-1. As for Fort LeBoeuf,  the  defeat snapped their winning streak at four matches  and leaves them with a 10-5-2 record.
