The Skyview Falcons fell victim to the Gallatin Raptors''s stalwart defense on Friday and couldn't make it onto the board. They had to suffer through a rough 58-0 loss at the hands of the Raptors. Skyview just can't catch a break and has now endured three losses in a row.
Grayden Wilkinson threw for 99 yards on nine of 24 attempts. Jayvyn Gallup was his top target, picking up 70 receiving yards and no touchdowns.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Gallatin to victory, but perhaps none more so than Reese Dahlke, who rushed for 94 yards and a touchdown. Dahlke was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 65 yards. Another player making a difference was Wesley Donaghey, who rushed for 84 yards and a touchdown.
Skyview has not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for Gallatin, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-1.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Helena the next time they take the field. Skyview will host Helena at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while Gallatin will host them at 7:00 p.m. on November 3rd.
