Bauxite has been on the road for two straight, but on Friday they'll finally head home. They will take on the McGehee Owls at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Thursday, Bauxite strolled past Harmony Grove with points to spare, taking the game 28-14.
It was another big night for Marcus Wimberly, who rushed for 131 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.
Meanwhile, everything went McGehee's way against Central on Thursday as McGehee made off with a 49-24 victory.
Bauxite is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season. As for McGehee, they now have a winning record of 5-4.
