Horizon got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Jase Ashley out in front who threw for 252 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.5 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 61 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries. Another rusher making a difference was Bodie Zamorano, who rushed for 102 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries.
Zamorano wasn't the only one working in the rushing yards department: Horizon was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 226 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 169 rushing yards in ten consecutive contests dating back to last season.
