On Friday Earle take on Marvell at 7:00 PM. Marvell will need to watch out since Earle have now posted big point totals in their last three contests.
Earle put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season last Friday. They put a hurting on Brinkley to the tune of 65-0. The victory was familiar territory for Earle, who now have five in a row.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 12-66, which was the final score in Marvell's tilt against Carlisle. The state rankings had actually given Marvell a slight edge heading into the game, making this hurt that much more.
Earle's win lifted them to 5-1 while Marvell's loss dropped them down to 0-5. We'll find out if Earle can add another positive mark to their record or if Marvell can shake off the defeat and take the spring out of Earle's step.
