Berry never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Brilliant Tigers with a sharp 10-0 win. Considering the Wildcats have won six matchups by more than nine runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Lake Norris was a standout: he scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. John Wesley Scarbrough was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

The victory made it two in a row for Berry and bumps their season record up to 9-7. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 runs in those games. As for Brilliant, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-10.

Berry will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Tigers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
