Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the Christian Brothers Cadets walked away with it. They skirted past the Spartans 31-28. The victory was familiar territory for Christian Brothers who now have eight in a row.
Although De Smet Jesuit took the loss, they still got scores from Mason Skornia and Bryant Pool.
Christian Brothers' victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for De Smet Jesuit, their loss dropped their record down to 10-2.
Christian Brothers is on the road again on Saturday and play against Liberty North at 7:00 p.m. on December 2nd. Liberty North will be looking to extend their current 12-game winning streak. De Smet Jesuit does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
