On Friday Mantachie take on Coffeeville at 7:00 PM. Both teams will be looking for a pick-me-up after considerable defeats in their previous games.
Mantachie suffered a grim 6-36 defeat to Mooreville last week. Mantachie were down by 6-36 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Coffeeville lost to Bruce, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 0-42.
With both teams hitting sour notes in their previous games, they will no doubt be looking to produce a better outcome in this one. Neither squad could put together much of an offensive attack, so expect every point to count.
